Past expertise includes the original Microsoft campus design (14,000 fibers in 1989), traffic management systems for ITS systems, quality control programs for major (56K fiber installation), submarine landing sites , rail plow QC, Medical fiber optics and sensing content.

Writing and/or reviewing operations manuals along with reviewing bid documents for technical clarity and accuracy are a few examples.

Teaching a certified fiber to the home (CFHP) professional course in the Middle East. In this case the environment, building structure and the use of International standards were emphasized for the clients needs. The CFHP course was one of many written by Larry Johnson.
